One thing I really dislike about myself is how I always feel the need to qualify my emotions when I’m upset at someone. I feel the need to say “oh don’t mind me I’m PMSing” or “I’m not actually crazy!!!” or something like that… and then I get even more upset because then I’m not taken seriously. it frustrates me so much.
